WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Domestic ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days
  • International shipping within 5 to 15 business days
  • Upon placing your order, it will usually take 2-3 business days to fulfill your order and get it shipped
  • Shipping cost depends on your location and item(s) size and weight. You shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

CarsEnth accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
  • Credit Card via PayPal: You can pay directly with your credit card via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. Checkout with PayPal and click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button on the bottom of the PayPal checkout page.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Upon placing your order, please allow us up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your Email. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

DOES CARSENTH PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

DAMAGED ART

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:

1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if the package is also damaged).
2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@carsenth.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every automotive enthusiast will enjoy his or her favorite piece of automotive art with us. We ship all orders from Detroit, USA.

If you are looking to buy canvas and have it shipped outside USA please note that big canvas is expensive to ship. We recommend staying with maximum size of 24" x 16" that has really affordable shipping. You can also order bigger canvas internationally but the shipping cost will rise with size.
